Our Mission

Chris is the owner and CEO of North American Flight Control. Chris has over twenty years in commercial aviation experience. Chris has climbed the corporate ladder from having started out as a ramp agent to include experience in Hub Operations Management, Airline Control Center Duty Manager, SOC Manager and Director of Systems Operations Control and Crew Resources, all for US. Commercial Airlines.

Thomas Swords

Tom is one of the Flight Dispatch Instructors with us at NAFC! Tom has over thirty years of commercial aviation experience. His experience includes Aircraft Dispatching as well as being one of the aircraft dispatch instructors at Part 121 carriers (commercial Airlines)in the United States. His experience also includes managing flight planning and aircraft performance software.

Matt McCabe

Matt joins our team with 20+ years of aviation experience! Matt is a licensed commercial pilot and loves to share his passion of aviation with our students! He's currently an active corporate pilot with experience with the Piper Navajo and Pilatus PC-12.

Brett Gilbertson

Brett joins are team after retiring from Delta Airlines with 30+ years experience between Delta & Northwest Airlines! Brett's experience specializes in Air Traffic Control, having experience in the ATC Command Center in Washington DC and the Strategic Planning team in Delta Airlines Operations & Customer Care Center (OCC).
