Our 5 week FAA aircraft dispatcher training class is designed to provide you with a Monday-Friday course schedule that would allow you to become eligible for your FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certification within just 5 weeks! All of our training takes place in our classrooms, which have been specially designed to replicate the airline control center experience! From the look and feel of the room to the computer systems experience, this program is designed to prepare for success as an FAA Certificated Aircraft Dispatcher!

Visit to an Air Traffic Control Facility*
Visit to a local airline operations control center (Endeavor Airlines & Sun Country Airlines)!*
Visit with the National Weather Service to meet the staff that make the actual weather models and forecasts!*

When you purchase your class date, we will ship you all of the required educational/study materials to you to allow to you to begin preparing for your FAA Flight dispatcher training!
*Limitations exist based on vendor capabilities.
**Note** - Student is responsible for any fees associated for taking the FAA ADX Written Exam and any fees charged by a designated examiner for the practical (examiner fee vary) or delays associated with sourcing an FAA Designated Examiner.
Aircraft Dispatcher Training Topics Included in this program covers all the requirements of FAA Part 65;
*Applicable Federal Aviation Regulations including privileges, limitations, and flight operations;
*Meteorology, including knowledge of and effects of fronts, frontal characteristics, cloud formations, icing, and upper-air data;
*General system of weather and NOTAM collection, dissemination, interpretation, and use;
*Interpretation and use of weather charts, maps, forecasts, sequence reports, abbreviations, and symbols;
*National Weather Service functions as they pertain to operations in the National Airspace System;
*Aircraft Dispatcher training specific to Wind shear and microburst awareness, identification, and avoidance;
*Principles of air navigation under instrument meteorological conditions in the National Airspace System;
*Flight Dispatcher training for Air traffic control procedures and pilot responsibilities as they relate to enroute operations, terminal area and radar operations, and instrument departure and approach procedures;
*Aircraft loading, weight and balance, use of charts, graphs, tables, formulas, and computations, and their effect on aircraft performance;
*Aerodynamics relating to an aircraft's flight characteristics and performance in normal and abnormal flight regimes;
*Human factors;
*Aeronautical decision making and judgment; and
*Crew resource management, including crew communication and coordination.
This isn't just about passing a test to get a certificate. Receive training that helps you not only gain your FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate but also helps prepare you to be competent and confident for your first airline interview and to be a great dispatcher!
FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Training Certification Minimum Requirements:
Must Be at least 23 years of age to be eligible for your aircraft dispatcher certificate to be issued.
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
Complete a minimum of 200 hours of education through an FAA Part 65 Approved Aircraft Dispatcher School.
Aircraft Dispatch Knowledge Test Requirements
Be at least 21 years old to take and pass the Aircraft Dispatcher Knowledge Test (ADX Written Exam).
Successfully Pass the Aircraft Dispatch Practical Exam with an FAA Aircraft Dispatch Inspector or Designated Aircraft Dispatch Examiner (DADE).
Register for the aircraft dispatcher training option that you want (5 Week, 10 Week or Refresher Program) and use the drop down menu to select your flight dispatcher training class start date!
After you've completed the registration form, we'll contact you to complete the registration process!
Within 7-10 days, you'll receive your Flight Dispatcher training study package. In this package you'll receive all of the required study material for your aircraft dispatcher training! We'll also provide guidance on what sections to start studying, prior to class starting.
And of course, you can contact us at any time for assistance!
Once your class start date arrives for your flight dispatcher training class, you'll bring your study material to class and this is when the real fun starts to happen! Soon you'll become an FAA Licensed Aircraft Dispatcher!
Throughout your aircraft dispatcher training program, we'll provide the guidance and education for you to successfully pass the required FAA Exams (written and practical).
After completing your flight dispatcher training and successfully passing these exams, you'll be officially certificated FAA Aircraft Dispatcher!
