Complete a minimum of 200 hours of education through an FAA Part 65 Approved Aircraft Dispatcher School.
Things To Consider About the Online Aircraft Dispatcher Training Program you select!
The online aircraft dispatcher training program at North American Flight Control is provided via live content (teaching). This is an important element considering there is a lot of technical knowledge you'll be learning.
Some schools are providing you with online text that you read with no online live teaching. Additionally, some programs have you show up in person for just 1 week and then you graduate.
While convenience is nice, don't waste your valuable investment in yourself by rushing through a program with little support. When you graduate, you want to be properly prepared to not just pass a test but be ready for interviews and be a competent and confident FAA Certificated Aircraft Dispatcher.
Aircraft Dispatch Knowledge Test Requirements
Be at least 21 years old to take and pass the Aircraft Dispatcher Knowledge Test (ADX Written Exam).
Successfully Pass the Aircraft Dispatch Practical Exam with an FAA Aircraft Dispatch Inspector or Designated Aircraft Dispatch Examiner (DADE).
Register for the aircraft dispatcher training option that you want (5 Week, 5 week online, 10 Week or Refresher Program) and use the drop down menu to select your flight dispatcher training class start date!
After you've completed the registration form, we'll contact you to complete the registration process!
Within 7-10 days, you'll receive your Flight Dispatcher training study package. In this package you'll receive all of the required study material for your aircraft dispatcher training! We'll also provide guidance on what sections to start studying, prior to class starting.
And of course, you can contact us at any time for assistance!
Approximately 7-10 days before your online aircraft dispatcher class start date, you'll receive email instructions for how to log into your online class.
It'll be important for you to have a quiet environment and reliable internet to successfully complete your studies!
Throughout your aircraft dispatcher training program, we'll provide the guidance and education for you to successfully pass the required FAA Exams (written and practical).
After completing your flight dispatcher training and successfully passing these exams, you'll be officially certificated FAA Aircraft Dispatcher!
